This young black lady could be more than in her late teens or 20s maybe. I and my brother tryed returning a DVD at the walmart store. It was a tv series but this woman is a rip off I don't even think she knows how returns work. The problem with dvd is it was defective or the dvd case wasn't holding one of the dvds in it. One of the discs holders was broken and it wasn't holding it in place. But this idot saying the dvd was already open. Ok so it is. How in the hell would you be-able to tell if there is something wrong with it if you don't open it ? Can you be more dumber ? That is fucking stupid. So she wont give no refund because it is open. Hello dvd defected moron. I mean what am I the man of steal ? I don't have ex-ray eye balls I can't see through the dvd case. She also said it is the state law. Yeah can she come up with a better lame story than that. When sense it's the law to take something back to the store that happens to be defected ?. So we went to check in the back of the store to see if we can get it replaced with another copy sense she wont give refund but couldn't find another one. There was two copies within the last one of those times I checked but both gone so I guess I'm stuck with it unless otherwise. This bitch is really off her game. I think the best bet shot is to talk to the manager in hopefully to resolve the issue. Because I mean this is ridiculous. There are people on ebay have more commen sense than that. Some may just tell you to get keep the whole entire set and the'll send another one out or if something is wrong with one of the discs the'll send a replacement. Now that's business and that's how you roll baby. Some advice if you don't know how to handle business than don't. Leave it up to those that have brains. If you don't have that than your just wasting the customer's time. Not yours. Smart up. Not used selfish pittyness bull-shit. Get it ? That is not no goodway to run business. And that is also a goodway to lose it more on the line than keeping it.
