Senior Chateau On the Hill ,, What An Awful and Terrible Place to Live At!!!

The building is just terrible literally it wll just make your skin crawl. wall to wall bed bugs, roaches. the current manager in the building blames it on the wrong tenants and on purpose. Not to go out and sound all racist but if she doesn't like the color of you she will use any excuse in the book she can to force eviction on them. Especially on the sick and the disabled. I mean she already caused my mom to had a stroke. What more does she want from the tenants in the building blood ? I hate to say it but lets face it she doesn't like tha whites. She wont work with no body she lies to make people think she did everthing she can. But it's the other way around. Me and my mom did everything we can. the carpet she doesn't want to take that filthy carpet out of my apartment. She use's that for an excuse to evict. I don't want the carpet replaced with new. I want tile down but she arguing with my mom saying that tile is expensive. I think not. She just don't want me in the apartment at all. The witch bitch manager's name is Regina Love (AKA Robinson or Robertson. And she doesn't give a rat's ass if your sick or not. That's is really heartless she can be. Of course if it's her kind she'll leave them alone no offence. It's just the building is bad, the manager is, the management is bad. I don't have a problem with skin color I get along with everybody. My mom gets along, My dad, My brother. We all get along. We had a friend in the past name Urban and he was white. He didn't or and his family didn't have no problem with us and we didn't ether. Urban and his family was cool. But the sad thing though that Urban is now deceased which I or my mom and my brother didn't knew that we haven't seen him a long time accept for my brother. He seen him one last time or so before his time was up. But we didn't knew about Urban's death or his funeral until my dad told my brother by phone everything. We liked him he was a good person. But I can't quite say the same for Regina the not so call the property manager which that's what I called her sense she doesn't act like a manager or a person at all. Nothing but a no good total discriminating racist monster. She hurt my mom and I'll never forget anything like that. She'll be begging for mercy at the end. When she dies she'll burn for tormenting people becaused their whites. And this woman name Penny Higgings she is the regional manager she's no good to the building ether. The management company who manages the building is the PK Management. The location of the PK to this building is located in cleveland, ohio. But if anybody does something torwards this building like exposing the truth she'll come bangging on your door about 8 or 9 in the morning to give you a piece of her mind like somebody wants to hear a crazy wacko harassing you at the door. That's some crazy shit if you ask me lol. The whole intire management is crazy and the property manager is crazy and nuts. The manager Probably thinks I, my mom and my brother like it here. So she thinks she's trying to destroy that. MAN Is that BITCH Ever insane. Like here ? This building is shitty, nasty and disturbing. It makes you want to throw up right all over the place. There is so much crap about the place. You want to know just search sites and you'll see the info you want to know. I think you might want to try youtube just type senior chateau. Oh ,, Did I mention that this building was exposed on fox 19 news ? WOW!!! That was music to my ears that day. But ever sense then a no follow up report has yet not been made. I teyed but have no luck yet. So the only way to exposing senior chateau is by handing out fliers or posting on the net. Or doing videos about it. Which is very truly fun for me and a swell honor to do so too. I guess I'm just packing with all the exciting insight on the building. The story of the century. I guess now their laying in the mess that the manager and the pk management had created. I'm just doing my job cleaning it up. It's a done deal that's not quite over yet until I finish them completely. The war has already begun. I just have one more other thing to say. No More Mr. Niceguy!!!
